After your booking is confirmed, we work with you to develop a colour scheme for your kitchen. We consider your worktops, flooring, lighting and surrounding décor, helping you select colours that bring the space together.

Using low-VOC coatings is an important part of our kitchen respraying process. Our water-based system helps reduce solvent emissions and strong odours during work in your home, while providing a smooth, durable finish. Appropriate ventilation is maintained throughout application and drying.

Doors, drawer fronts and suitable fittings are removed before preparation begins. Surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and degreased, with sanding and any agreed repairs carried out to create a sound base for the new finish. Where replacement handles require different fixing positions, the existing handle holes are filled and new holes are accurately measured and drilled to suit the new handles.

Careful taping, masking and covering form a substantial part of the work. Worktops, splashbacks, sinks, appliances and floors are protected, while cabinet interiors, hinges and surrounding surfaces are masked as required. Areas beside the kitchen are also protected where necessary to contain overspray and keep the work area controlled.

We apply a three- to four-coat system, depending on the substrate material and existing finish. Suitable primers and undercoats are selected as required, followed by durable top coats. Each coat receives the appropriate drying time, with sanding between stages where required, to achieve a smooth, even finish suited to everyday kitchen use.

Once the finish is ready for handling, masking and protective coverings are carefully removed. Doors, drawers and fittings are refitted and checked for alignment and operation. We inspect the completed work and provide clear aftercare advice to help you care for your newly resprayed kitchen as the coatings cure.
